Degas at the Opera Exhibition at the Orsay Museum – Part 1

Some of the paintings, pastel drawings, prints and drawings in the Degas at the Opera Exhibition. Degas had two passions that influenced greatly his work: the opera and horse racing. This exhibition puts together, for the first time, a large collection of works related to the opera.
